GOS Foods began once I, Brittney, received my son's previous diagnosis of severe food allergies and intolerances. Due to limited food options, my son began to lose hope of eating scrumptious meals and desserts inside and outside of our home. Friends and family also began to voice their concerns of providing dinner and dessert options that would not cause adverse reactions while gathering.

The gruesome impact this diagnosis was making in our lives had to be stopped!  Looking high and low for months, I couldn’t find one premade meal or snack that did not cause a reaction. So, to the kitchen I went! 

During countless months of research, my skill in creating delicious top 9 allergy free foods grew. God also brought people to me with similar needs looking for a solution. This showed me it was time to expand and help the masses gather without stress!
